"You have filled me with greater joy than when their grain and new wine abound." Life is so amazing, I'm never sure whether to laugh or cry at it all, so I do a lot of both. I can’t grasp the magnitude of this, but I am a daughter of the Almighty God and He delights in me! And what I do makes a difference in the world. Can you imagine? I have the honor of being really, passionately loved by a good man. He’s wise and witty, flirts with me continually and is a wonderful friend. God has blessed us with incredible children. One like the brook she is named after - full of chatter, laughter and music. One fearless and bold - a seeker who refuses to take the easy road. And Charles, too - funny and thoughtful, patient and helpful. I have a cozy little home, a big dog and a hairy cat. My neighbors are my family. I love to teach, but I love home more. I love to read and to sing. I'm a farmer's daughter and thrive on dirt and hay. I long to redeem lonely old houses. Life is challenging and has some heartache, but God is faithful! And when it's all over, I get to be with Him forever in a place that is exponentially more awesome than this one. Life can not contain the joy!
